It’s disheartening how many people on earth think cow’s milk is good for them or even meant for them in the first place.
What’s more disheartening Is that I was taught in school that
“cows eat grass to make milk for you”
The fact that the education system is brainwashing kids into believing that they need these ‘products’ to live from ages as low as 4 is absolutely disgusting.
